After hundreds of years with no new messages from God, something amazing happened. God sent an angel named Gabriel to visit Mary. The angel told her that she would have a baby, and His name would be Jesus, God’s own Son. Mary said yes to God’s plan and trusted Him completely. God always had a plan to send Jesus to rescue the world.
